Holiday over, next holiday

Here is a longlist of where my next holiday is likely to be:

1) Scotland and/or Wales by bike or on foot, for example starting in Edinburgh, then the Highlands and Islands, with Glasgow being the final destination,
2) Lower Silesia and Saxony by bike, making the most of plentiful cycling infrastructure and decent tourist offering,
3) lots and lots of biking all over Greater Poland, accompanied by lots and lots of reading,
4) Ukraine, particularly the Carpathian Mountains and Crimea,
5) the Baltic States by bike,
6) eastern Poland, preferably with some biking included,
7) western Russia, combined with a language course in some mid-size city, like Nizhny Novogrod,
8) Greece on all-inclusive to assuage my girlfriend's dissatisfaction with me being absent for a large part of the summer,

more to come as the winter arrives and I'll be in the right mood for researching, planning and arranging.
